Good question, so I took the Myers-Briggs Personality test: I came out as an ENTP type, Each New Thought Propels (less than 5 % of those tested come out in this group)

ENTP's like to chase the novel and complex, they have faith in their ability to overcome any challenges they face. They see connections and relationships between seemingly unrelated things...

ENTP's display the capacity to circumnavigate the standard, the traditional... they bring fresh, new approaches to their work and their lives.

OK I don't buy this completely, but maybe it's a flavour of what I'd be bringing to your company.
